Princess Leia is in this dress for...well...nearly the entire movie.
All I can say is that she's lucky the Empire doesn't insist on prison
outfits. It just wouldn't be the same seeing her rush around the
Death Star in striped PJs. I would have to say this is the most
popular gown Leia fans tend to copy. It is even handy when it
rains- built in hood! Next time you are watching check out how
the stains on the dress move around.... continuity people were busy I guess!
